Because they do not want to forgo comfortable and restful sleep at night after a long day of work, individuals are purchasing between one and one and a half crore air conditioners annually.
Sales of air conditioners are predicted to rise nine times by 2050. In these circumstances, air conditioning appears to have evolved from a luxury to a need. The earth’s temperature is rising as a result of this. All of this has led to around 11,000 heatstroke deaths in India between 2012 and 2021.
